Ground Breaking Ceremony of Cecil Field POW MIA Memorial.

This past Saturday (Jan. 18, 2020) our local NWCA clubs of Jacksonville, Florida participated in the Groundbreaking Ceremony at Cecil Fields. These local clubs are looking forward to the upcoming POW/MIA Memorial and Museum! #GoneButNeverForgotten
